Michelle is an attentive and dedicated employment lawyer.  She represents employees in negotiating employment agreements as well as in employment discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour litigation. Michelle also counsels employers on all types of workplace matters, including wage and hour compliance, worker classification, drafting and implementing policies and handbooks, restrictive covenants and employee agreements, discrimination, harassment, and leave issues. Michelle has extensive litigation experience in state and federal court and in arbitration. When counseling her clients and addressing risk management challenges, she strives to empower her clients by presenting them with practical and effective solutions.

Prior to joining the Davis Malm team, Michelle worked at an employment litigation firm in Boston, at a labor and employment firm in Washington, DC, and served as a law clerk for the Honorable Neal E. Kravitz of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.

Michelle is an advocate in and out of the office. She currently serves on the Regional Board of the New England chapter of the Anti-Defamation League. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys reading, traveling, spending time outdoors and staying active.
