MORE THAN A LAWYER

View

Before becoming an attorney, Dan was a Peace Corps volunteer in Mali, West Africa, and a musician. He still occasionally takes his fretless Fender jazz bass off the shelf to make some noise. An avid runner and four-star member of the Marathon Maniacs club, Dan completed, in 2022, his 16-year quest to run a marathon in every state – starting in Burlington, Vermont and concluding in Eugene, Oregon. He is now working on his second pass through all of the states and branching out internationally.

Dan is the organizer of a number of local running events and has served as a board member and president of the Sumner Hill / Jamaica Plain neighborhood association, a member of the American Heart Association / Lawyers Have Heart 5K Executive Leadership Committee, and a volunteer for the Big Brothers Big Sisters organization.
