Davis Malm Assists Long-Standing Client Clean Harbors, Inc. With Acquisition of Terra Nova Solutions

We are thrilled to announce Dan Janis and Emily Tanji represented long-standing client Clean Harbors, Inc. (NYSE: CLH) in its recent $225 million all-cash acquisition of Terra Nova Solutions, a regional provider of hazardous and non-hazardous waste solutions based in the Carolinas. The acquisition adds five permitted sites that support high-margin, recurring revenue streams, including wastewater treatment, solidification and waste processing, and strengthens Clean Harbors’ Technical Services and Field Services businesses.

Davis Malm advised Clean Harbors throughout the transaction, acting as part of a broader transaction team assembled to execute a strategic acquisition intended to expand Clean Harbors’ environmental services footprint in the Southeast.
