Planning for a Successful Exit

On June 15, 2021, shareholders Dan Janis and Dave Powsner presented at The Boston Entrepreneurs’ Network (ENET) webinar, “Planning for a Successful Exit.” During the program, Dan and Dave, along with other industry experts, discussed the importance of entrepreneurs planning exit strategies for their businesses. Panelists also explored what business exits look and feel like in real life for serial entrepreneurs, investors and legal M&A advisors.
