For the 13th Consecutive Year, Davis Malm Participates in American Heart Association’s Lawyers Have Heart Boston 2023

On June 1, 2023, Davis Malm participated in the 16th annual Boston Lawyers Have Heart 5K road race to benefit the American Heart Association. This year, 1,755 legal professionals participated from Boston-area law firms and companies, representing 106 teams and organizations. Runners and walkers collectively raised $317,571 thus far. This was Davis Malm’s 13^th consecutive year participating in the fundraiser and race.

Davis Malm’s team of 11 attorneys and staff ran with the support of Davis Malm shareholder Dan Janis, who proudly served as the team captain this year.

Since 2008, Lawyers Have Heart in Boston has raised funds to benefit the American Heart Association and American Stroke Association, whose mission is to build healthier lives, free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke. The Lawyers Have Heart 5K helps serve these goals by gathering together thousands of legal professionals to run and walk to promote better heart health in Greater Boston and inspire health equity for all. The funds raised from the annual event go toward research, advocacy, CPR training, and promoting better health.
