PRACTICE & FOCUS AREA

Hide

Taylor is a litigator who prides himself on providing thoughtful and robust analysis to help clients strategically solve their legal problems. His litigation practice focuses on complex commercial disputes, employment law issues, such as non-competes, employment discrimination and breach of contract, and family law cases involving divorce, alimony, modifications and child support.

In addition to litigation, Taylor advises clients on general business and employment-related matters. As a condominium lawyer, he counsels condominium associations and unit owners on drafting, enforcing and navigating condominium documents. Taylor also assists with regulatory matters, particularly in the cannabis sector, by drafting and reviewing policies and standard operating procedures for adult-use cannabis license applicants.

While in law school, Taylor held internship positions at the Massachusetts State Senate, Senate Steering and Policy Committee; the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Administrative Law Judges; the Massachusetts Securities Division; and at Davis Malm.

MORE THAN A LAWYER

View

Having grown up in a family steeped in the arts, Taylor’s original plan was to pursue a degree in theatre. As the son of a drama teacher and community theatre actress, he began acting and singing at the age of six. While at Florida State University, Taylor sang in an acapella group, where he met his fiancé. These days, he’s more apt to go for a run, read about history, watch the latest movies and cheer on the Patriots, but he won’t shy away from a mic if given the opportunity.
