Our attorneys help you power through complex regulations, so you can focus on powering your customers. We represent a diverse group of non-utility participants in New England’s restructured electricity and natural gas marketplaces, including:

• securing and renewing state operating licenses for suppliers and brokers/aggregators
• obtaining federal market-based rate authorizations
• developing, maintaining and updating operating policies and practices
• state and federal regulatory filings
• participating in rulemaking and industry proceedings to develop or modify regulatory requirements
• filing required notices or petitions to effect assignments of certificates of or control over licensed energy companies or customer books
• responding to investigations or lawsuits by state utility agencies and attorneys general
• assisting clients in financing, siting, and permitting of renewable generation facilities

We are a member and active supporter of the Northeast Energy and Commerce Association, and can frequently be found speaking at and attending New England and national industry events.
