The publication helps attorneys gain valuable insight into Massachusetts administrative practices and procedures that are useful to practitioners before both administrative agencies and courts. Originally published in 2014, the 2025 edition represents the first major review of the original subchapters.

Rob updated his chapter on legal, procedural, and practice requirements for appealing Massachusetts agency decisions in state trial courts under Chapter 30A of the State Administrative Procedure Act and, in part, other applicable agency appeal statutes.
