Hui Chen

Hui is an employment lawyer and litigator who strives to be responsive and creative when providing legal service to clients. His litigation practice focuses on assisting employers and individuals with employment-related matters, including wage and hour disputes, harassment and discrimination claims, and contract disputes. Hui counsels employers in drafting and implementing company handbooks, restrictive covenants and severance agreements and also advises employees on navigating employment contracts.

Prior to joining Davis Malm, Hui served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Jennifer Boal in the U.S. District Court in Boston and to Justice Wayne Douglas in the Maine Supreme Judicial Court. He was also Judicial Intern at the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.
