Davis Malm Represents Longtime Client Clean Harbors in Acquisitions of EnviroServe and ES&H

Daniel T. Janis and Emily Tanji represented Clean Harbors, a leading provider of environmental and industrial services throughout North America, in its acquisition of EnviroServe and ES&H. The two transactions were completed for a combined purchase price of $775 million.

EnviroServe is a national provider of environmental and waste management services, and ES&H is a leading regional provider of environmental and emergency response services in the Gulf region. Together, these acquisitions enhance Clean Harbors’ Technical Services and Field Services businesses, enabling additional opportunities to leverage volume into the company’s disposal and recycling network and expand presence and response capabilities in one of North America’s most important petrochemical and marine corridors. Dan and Emily worked closely with the Clean Harbors team in negotiating and finalizing the acquisitions.
