Davis Malm Attorneys Contribute to MCLE’s Massachusetts Divorce Law Practice Manual

Davis Malm announces the release of the April 2023 edition of the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) Massachusetts Divorce Law Practice Manual. Davis Malm attorneys CiCi Van Tine and Zoë Martin contributed to Chapter 8 titled, “Division of Estate.” Zoë additionally contributed to Chapter 17, “Trial Practice Techniques.” The Massachusetts Divorce Law Practice Manual is a resource for family law practitioners that helps guide them through each step of the divorce process, covering important collateral issues such as domestic violence, bankruptcy, and estate planning.
