Zoë is a divorce and family lawyer, focusing on complex custody, parenting and support matters, modifications and division of substantial assets of various forms. She is a compassionate, diligent and zealous advocate for clients. Zoë understands that there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all approach to client service, and she uses creative problem solving to help clients reach their desired outcomes.

Prior to joining Davis Malm, Zoë gained experience practicing at a family law firm. She was also an advocate for a domestic violence shelter and a case manager for an organization focused on providing safe environments and stable housing for families affected by abuse, neglect and homelessness.

RESULTS

Resolved a contentious modification case within two months of receiving it. The case was with prior counsel for 13 months.
Represented the wife, who was the primary wage earner and had substantial assets, in a divorce action. Successfully negotiated the agreement to protect the wife’s retirement account during the asset division.
Represented the wife in a custody matter involving a mentally ill child. Structured the agreement so that as much support as possible was received for both children. Subsequently, represented the wife in a modification, requiring the father to spend more time with the children.
Represented the wife in a divorce situation where the parties agreed to continue living together after the divorce was final.

Zoë loves to hike, explore and travel. In fact, she enjoys traveling so much that she studied abroad in three different cities – Prato, Italy; Galway, Ireland; and Nuremburg, Germany! When she’s not advocating for clients or exploring the globe, Zoë also enjoys indoor gardening, painting, and cheering on her favorite sports teams: the Boston Bruins and the New England Patriots.
