PRACTICE & FOCUS AREA

Hide

CiCi is a compassionate advisor and tenacious litigator with nearly 30 years of experience. CiCi’s practice is dedicated to all aspects of family law matters, including divorce, separation, custody, parenting plans, child support, alimony, asset division, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, parental relocation, paternity, modification, probate litigation, restraining orders and grandparents’ rights. She represents individuals, including professional athletes and celebrities, involved in high-stakes, high-profile divorce and custody disputes. CiCi has also tried several Hague Convention cases regarding foreign custody and divorce matters.

CiCi’s ability to empathize with her clients while fiercely advocating for them comes from personal experience. As a mother of four who is married to a previously divorced father, she has a unique understanding of what her clients are going through. CiCi is responsive and readily available to clients because she knows that family law situations rarely revolve around a 9-5 schedule. During settlement or trial, CiCi guides clients through every step of the legal process, ensuring they have a comprehensive grasp of all aspects of their situation and their options. CiCi’s ultimate goal is to achieve results that work for her clients now and into the future.

MORE THAN A LAWYER

When CiCi is not spending time with her husband, four children, two dogs and three cats, she can be found competing in triathlons and long-distance races. She completed Ironman Sweden and was poised to participate in another competition before the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. CiCi is also an amateur genealogist who loves putting together the puzzles of family histories. Perhaps this stems from her focus on practicing family law.

CiCi is dedicated to serving her community. As a former resident of the Town of Norfolk, she previously took on roles and responsibilities as the Chair of the Town of Norfolk Select Board, Town Moderator and as a Board Member.
