SBA Lending has been a significant part of Davis Malm’s practice for nearly 40 years. We have specialized knowledge and experience in closing and servicing SBA loan transactions for banks and nonbank lenders throughout New England and the United States.

We close loans under the SBA 504 Loan Program for Economic Development, which involves real estate acquisition, construction or renovation, and equipment purchases. We also regularly handle loans under the SBA 7(a) Loan Program, which guarantees loans up to $5MM. These transactions typically involve financing for real estate and business acquisitions, working capital, equipment acquisition, debt refinancing and inventory purchases.
