  • Represent a Fortune 10 company in the leasing of retail space in their mergers and acquisitions transactions.
  • Represented a major publicly traded company in its leasing of sales offices throughout the United States.
  • Represented a client in the acquisition and construction financing of a shopping plaza in Marlborough, MA, and the subsequent preparation of commercial leases with a national company.
  • Negotiated a 60-year ground lease and prepared condominium documents for a leasehold industrial condominium consisting of six seafood-processing plants.
  • Represented a joint venture in the $3.5MM purchase, financing and leasing of a five-story office building in a use-restricted area of Boston, MA. Leases were negotiated with the joint venture parties and other third-party tenants.
