On January 27, 2021, shareholder Paul Feldman co-chaired the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) seminar, “Zoning: MCLE BasicsPlus!®.” The program, geared toward lawyers new to the practice area, explored the basics of zoning in Massachusetts, including how to review and apply a zoning ordinance or bylaw, how to be effective in practicing before local boards, and what happens in an appeal to the Land Court. Paul, a recurrent co-chair of this program, was joined by co-chair Michael S. Giaimo of Robinson + Cole LLP, panelists from several Boston-based firms, and the Hon. Howard P. Speicher of the Massachusetts Land Court.

MCLE aims to keep raising the caliber of lawyers’ professional and ethical service to their clients and communities by providing comprehensive and practical continuing legal education of the highest quality to the broadest possible audience.
