VISA Options Beyond the H-1B Cap for Professionals in the Sciences, Business, and IT Industry

On April 25, 2023, Davis Malm shareholder Allison Ahern Fillo presented on the Boston Bar Association’s (BBA) webinar, “VISA Options Beyond the H-1B Cap for Professionals in the Sciences, Business, and IT Industry.” During the webinar, Allison and fellow panelists discussed creative visa options for professionals not selected in the H-1B CAP, detailing relevant considerations, practical experiences, common questions, and potential implications for each option.
