On May 13, Davis Malm shareholder Rob Munnelly moderated a roundtable breakfast discussion at the 22nd Annual New England Energy Conference and Exposition hosted by the Northeast Energy and Commerce Association (NECA). The informal discussion centered on current retail energy issues and specifically focused on the significant developments in Connecticut and Massachusetts agency proceedings relative to rule changes and enforcement. Rob also served on the planning committee for the conference panel, “Empowering Consumer Choice: Unleashing Innovative Retail Energy Solutions.”

This two-day conference focuses on the most pressing energy issues impacting New England, including energy reliability, retail choice, infrastructure, financing, and environmental impact.

NECA is New England’s oldest and most broadly-based, non-profit trade association serving the competitive electric power industry. Its purpose is to facilitate an open forum among all electric power stakeholders to foster the development and maturation of competitive power markets.
