On May 22, Phil Olsen served as a panelist on the Boston Bar Association’s (BBA) Continuing Legal Education (CLE) program, “Annual Massachusetts Tax Update.” The presentation included opening remarks from the Massachusetts Department of Revenue Commissioner Geoffrey E. Snyder, followed by three panel discussions. Phil presented on the litigation landscape panel, covering updates on significant cases decided over the last year, as well as cases currently in the pipeline. Other panels covered statutory, regulatory and administrative updates, and presented a tax policy outlook for the Commonwealth.
