New Cannabis Industry Reforms

On September 20, Davis Malm shareholder Rob Munnelly presented on the Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly webinar, “New Cannabis Industry Reforms.” During the program, Rob and his fellow panelist discussed the wide-ranging cannabis industry reforms that were recently enacted by the Massachusetts legislature and signed by Governor Charlie Baker. The panelists provided an in-depth analysis of the new legislation, and how it affects businesses and the cannabis industry as a whole.
