On October 19, shareholder Josh Grossman chaired the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) seminar, “LLC Liability Loopholes & Piercing the Corporate Veil.” The program explained how to set up and operate LLCs and corporations to limit personal liability and minimize the likelihood of exposure in court. The program also focused on the factors and considerations at play when trying to find liability loopholes and pierce the corporate veil to succeed in litigation. Josh was joined by attorneys Robert E. Baute, Jr., of Locke Lord LLP, Justin M. Fabella, of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, and Stephen Ziobrowski, of Day Pitney LLP.

MCLE aims to keep raising the caliber of lawyers’ professional and ethical service to their clients and communities, by providing comprehensive and practical continuing legal education of the highest quality to the broadest possible audience.
