Villani brings up the topic of the U.S. Supreme Court deciding if they should take a case where scientist Stephen Thaler was denied by the Copyright Office for artwork he created with his own personal AI system.

Anthony responds to Thaler’s argument that AI could bring an end to all copyright protection for other creations or photographs.
