Davis Malm Welcomes Experienced Litigator Anthony T. Panebianco as New Shareholder

Davis Malm is pleased to announce that Anthony T. Panebianco has joined the firm as a shareholder. With nearly two decades of litigation experience, Anthony practices in the areas of Business, Real Estate & Environmental, and Employment Litigation.

Anthony represents real estate developers and restaurants in commercial business and real estate matters, including land use litigation and permitting. He serves as outside general counsel to several regional companies, advising on day-to-day legal issues and representing them in complex corporate transactions and employment-related matters. A longtime musician, Anthony also provides legal counsel to those in the creative industries, such as artists, interior designers and musicians.
