Davis Malm Attorneys Serve as Contributing Authors for ILN’s 2023 Edition of “Buying and Selling Real Estate: An International Guide”

Davis Malm announces the release of the eighth edition of “Buying and Selling Real Estate: An International Guide,” published by the International Lawyers Network’s (ILN). The firm’s attorneys have contributed to the chapter, “Buying and Selling Real Estate in the United States – Massachusetts,” since the guide’s inception. The publication is coordinated by ILN’s Real Estate Specialty Group, which is co-chaired by Davis Malm president Amy Fracassini, who also serves on the ILN Board of Directors.

ILN’s collaborative, electronic guide offers a summary of key real estate law principles in 31 countries across the globe, serving as a quick, practical reference for those buying and selling real estate in these jurisdictions.
