Davis Malm is pleased to announce that four of its attorneys in the Labor & Employment and Real Estate practice areas were recognized in the 2021 Chambers USA guide of recommended law firms and lawyers. Paul Feldman, Real Estate (Band 4), was recognized for his work in leasing, permitting, financing and acquisition. One client said that he has, “a very good business sense, he is very on the ball and pragmatic as a business person.” Another source noted that, “his strengths include his knowledge of critical aspects of current case law as it relates to real estate, and his insight into the issues at hand and the parties involved.”

Amy Fracassini, Real Estate (Band 4), was recognized for her representation of real estate developer clients across a full range of real estate transactions. One source described her as being “very knowledgeable, very articulate.” Another client shared that she, “understands the importance of the deal flow and is very responsive to timeframes and deadlines.”
