Davis Malm shareholder Rob Munnelly served as a moderator on Tuesday, December 8, at the Northeast Energy and Commerce Association’s (NECA) “Community Choice Aggregation Spotlight,” presented by NECA’s Young Professionals Committee. Panelists on this webinar discussed the significant progress in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and other states toward advancing Community Choice Aggregation (CCA) programs, including commitments by participating municipalities to procure more renewable energy than required by state laws, and how cities and towns across the region are implementing CCAs to make important decisions on sourcing their electricity.

Founded in 1985, NECA is New England’s largest non-profit competitive power trade association. Serving the competitive electric power industry and providers of related emerging technologies, NECA’s mission is to promote a reliable, environmentally responsible and cost-effective regional power supply, including innovative demand-side initiatives and renewable energy.
