Davis Malm is pleased to announce that firm president and executive committee member Amy Fracassini was named among the “Top 20 Managing Partners in Massachusetts” by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly. The inaugural list honors those leaders who have helped their firms grow revenue, developed and maintained their talent base, kept their firms active in their communities, and pushed their firms to achieve important milestones or goals. Amy and fellow honorees are featured in the publication’s March 25 issue.

Amy was elected as the firm’s first female president in January 2018. During her tenure, she has been instrumental in continuing to cultivate an inclusive firm culture, successfully navigating the firm through a global pandemic, and expanding the firm into new practice areas. Amy joined Davis Malm in 1998 as an associate, was elected as a shareholder in 2006, and has served on the firm’s Executive Committee since 2015.

In addition to her role as president, Amy has an active practice in the Business Law, Real Estate and Environmental areas, representing corporate clients in connection with mergers, acquisitions, and sales of businesses, debt and equity financings, private placements, and real estate matters, including commercial leasing and purchase and sale agreements, and general business matters.
