On March 5, 2012, Tamsin Kaplan served as a panel chair for the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) program, “Advising Employers & Employees on Off-Duty Conduct & Privacy in the Workplace.” The program provided practical advice to help attendees learn how to navigate the changing tides of the law governing workplace privacy and employee off-duty conduct, from hiring through retention, employee discipline and termination.
