Phil Olsen Serves as Contributing Author for 2023-2024 ABA Sales & Use Tax Deskbook

Phil Olsen served as a contributing author for the 37th (2023-2024) edition of the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Sales and Use Tax Deskbook. Phil authored Chapter 22, “Massachusetts Sales & Use Taxes,” of the ABA compilation. The guide contains the key principles and positions of each state, including citations to pertinent statuses, regulations and case law, and information from rulings, bulletins and other local lore.

The ABA’s Sales and Use Tax Deskbook is a multistate resource compiled with information about sales and use taxes, including key principles and positions from every state that imposes them, designed for in-house tax professionals, attorneys, and accountants. Phil has contributed to the resource since 2021.
