Tamsin R. Kaplan Presents on MCLE Webinar, “Dos & Don’ts for Managing Personnel Records”

Tamsin R. Kaplan co-presented the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) webinar, “Dos & Don’ts for Managing Personnel Records.” Tamsin was joined by John Tocci of Tocci & Lee LLC for the presentation. The pair discussed the complexities of complying with Massachusetts’ robust statute governing employer obligations for personnel record retention and management. Throughout the webinar, she emphasized that non-compliance can result in serious consequences for employers.

Tamsin has worked with MCLE for more than two decades, presenting on panels and publishing articles for the group. She has served on the MCLE Labor and Employment Curriculum Committee since 2015.
