Amy Fracassini Elected Chair of the International Lawyers Network

Davis Malm is pleased to announce that Amy Fracassini has been elected Chair of the Board of Directors of the International Lawyers Network (ILN), a global network of more than 5,000 lawyers. Amy was elected by the ILN Board of Directors in November 2024, and her new leadership role began January 1, 2025. Amy succeeds Pavla Kopeckova Prikrylova, formerly a partner at PETERKA & PARTNERS in the Czech Republic, who served as ILN Chair since April 2020.

Amy is a Davis Malm shareholder, focusing her practice on business and real estate transactions. She most recently served as firm president from 2018-2024 and on the executive committee from 2015-2024. Amy has taken on many leadership roles within the firm and outside organizations. She has been an ILN board member since 2018 and executive committee member since 2023, and was previously the Co-Chair of the Real Estate Specialty Group for several years.
