2023 Massachusetts State Tax Update

On November 30, Davis Malm shareholder Phil Olsen presented at the HalfMoon Education Inc.’s live webinar, “2023 Massachusetts State Tax Update.” During the program, Phil and fellow panelists discussed the updated administrative guidance on the Massachusetts income tax and recent changes in state corporate taxes. They also discussed sales tax issues for manufacturing, retail, healthcare, transportation, and other industries, and examined current state tax trends and potential ethical issues in tax practice.
