On November 13, 2023, Anthony Panebianco’s article, “Brokerages, Agents Face Own ‘Bombshell’ Decisions in Lawsuit’s Wake,” was published by Banker & Tradesman. The article discusses the decision real estate brokers and agents will face in the wake of the Sitzer/Burnett litigation, where plaintiffs comprised of residential real estate sellers alleged that the defendant real estate companies conspired to force the plaintiffs to pay for the commissions of both sellers’ and buyers’ agents, in violation of the Sherman Anti-Trust Act.
