Annual Massachusetts Tax Update

On June 1, 2023, Davis Malm shareholder Phil Olsen served as a panelist on the Boston Bar Association’s (BBA) Continuing Legal Education (CLE) program, “Annual Massachusetts Tax Update.” The presentation included opening remarks from the Massachusetts Department of Revenue Commissioner Geoffrey Snyder, followed by two panel discussions. Phil presented on a panel featuring a litigation update covering significant cases decided over the last year, as well as cases to look for in the pipeline. Another panel focused on the Millionaire’s surtax, new guidance on rolling stock de minimis exceptions, and other statutory, regulatory and administrative updates.
