Venue Considerations in Zoning Appeals: The SJC’s Recent Bask Decision

On November 30, Davis Malm attorney Shawn McCormack presented at the Real Estate Bar Association’s (REBA) Land Use & Zoning Section webinar on venue considerations in zoning appeals. The webinar explored how the venue calculus has changed, from both an abutter’s and a developer’s perspective, in light of the Supreme Judicial Court’s decision in Bask, Inc. v. Municipal Council of Taunton, 490 Mass. 312 (2022).
