Preparing for H-1B CAP 2022

On January 26, Allison Ahern Fillo presented at the Boston Bar Association (BBA) webinar, “Preparing for H-1B CAP 2022 – Strategizing on Occupation and Wage Issues and Client Management Before Lottery Registration.” During the program, Allison and fellow speakers discussed how to best prepare for H-1B CAP Petitions prior to the H-1B online lottery, specifically examining hypotheticals with occupational category and wage issues, comprehensive intake approaches, and managing clients through the initial steps.
