On October 22, Davis Malm shareholder Sandy Moskowitz served on a panel of condominium lawyers at the New England Community Associations Institute’s (CAI) Annual Conference and Expo, held this year at the Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel in Marlborough, Massachusetts. Sandy and his co-panelists fielded legal questions posed by condominium board members, unit owners, and managers. This annual one-day conference brings together community associations and industry leaders to provide guidance, advise, and facilitate solutions to everyday association operations and issues.
