On October 19, 2022 Allison Ahern Fillo served as a panelist on the Boston Bar Association’s (BBA) virtual Continuing Legal Education (CLE) program, “Immigrant Based Petitions: Labor Certification Application Basics.” The CLE focused on the PERM Labor Certification process employers must follow when hiring foreign nationals and strategies for employers to consider in order to file a successful application. Allison and fellow speakers also discussed how to structure a case, telecommuting options and best practices regarding recruitment options.
