On July 22, 2021, Sandy Moskowitz was quoted by Kris Olsen of Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly in the article, “Condo collapse prompts calls to fix flaws in laws.” The article, prompted by the collapse of the Champlain Towers South condominium building in Florida, explores whether the Massachusetts Legislature should be considering changes to the state’s statute of repose or other measures to ensure that those affected have a right to seek redress if something as tragic should happen in Massachusetts.

One of the things I’ve learned over the years is that the Legislature, as a general rule, does not want to be the decider between the interests of various parties.
