Business Immigration Fundamentals

On January 16, Davis Malm shareholder Allison Ahern Fillo presented at the Boston Bar Association (BBA) webinar, “Business Immigration Fundamentals.” During the program, Allison and her fellow panelist discussed the basics of business immigration law, including an overview of various employment-based temporary (non-immigrant) visas and employment-based immigrant visas.
