On February 25, Allison Ahern Fillo co-presented on the Startup Boston panel, “From Barriers to Belonging: Navigating the Boston Startup Ecosystem as an Immigrant Founder.” Ms. Ahern Fillo was joined by panelists Deepanshi Bansal, Founder of ShineQuo; Jashin Lin, Founder of Growbie; and Anushka Singh, Founder and CEO of Kathalyst.

The session offered practical guidance on funding, visa pathways, legal structures, and cultivating trusted networks for immigrant founders navigating the complexities of building a company in the U.S. With a focus on unlocking access to the Boston startup ecosystem, the session gave founders clear, actionable pathways to move from uncertainty to momentum.
