Andrew is a business attorney, representing emerging businesses in strategic planning and legal resource management. He routinely assists clients with corporate, finance and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, venture capital transactions, and joint ventures. He also handles day-to-day legal matters, including initial organization, commercial contracts, license agreements and trade secret protection. In addition, Andrew represents venture capital firms and investors in early stage and mezzanine financing transactions, buyouts and restructurings.

Andrew’s practice covers a wide range of industries, including software, advanced materials, medical devices, manufacturing, business-to-business and business-to-consumer services, distribution and entertainment. Andrew’s approach to client service is to listen well, communicate effectively and respond promptly.

Outside the office, Andrew serves on the advisory counsel for the Wyner Family Jewish Heritage Center at the New England Historical Geneological Society and sits on the board of directors of the Long Beach Road Association. He previously served as a mentor with BUILD Boston, helping at-risk high school students start businesses. In his free time, Andrew enjoys skiing, hiking and traveling.
