On January 29, shareholder James E. Gallagher and associate Dillon M. Knight presented on the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) webinar, “Discovery Checklist for Your ‘1st’ or Next Civil Case.” The program offered practitioners a comprehensive discovery checklist, practical guidance on customizing discovery tools and strategies for individual cases, and an overview of best practices for civil discovery in state and federal courts across numerous practice areas.

Jim’s presentation focused on discovery practices in federal court. Dillon presented on a panel discussing tips and best practices for discovery checklist review.
