Environmental & Energy Public Service Opportunities During COVID

On April 14, Davis Malm associate Courtney Simmons moderated the Boston Bar Association (BBA) webinar, “Environmental & Energy Public Service Opportunities During COVID.” The program provided an opportunity for members to connect with environmental organizations in the Commonwealth and learn about how they have managed to pivot during the pandemic. Speakers also discussed upcoming COVID-safe volunteer events and opportunities for individuals and communities to get involved in environmental stewardship activities during the pandemic. Courtney is Co-Chair of the Environmental Law Pro Bono and Public Service Committee, a subset of the BBA’s Environmental and Energy Law Section.

The BBA’s mission is to advance the highest standards of excellence for the legal profession, facilitate access to justice, foster a diverse and inclusive professional community, and serve the community at large.
