Tom Fitzpatrick Successfully Defends Appeal to Rhode Island Supreme Court of Judgment Confirming Arbitration Award

Davis Malm attorney Tom Fitzpatrick successfully defended an appeal to the Rhode Island Supreme Court of a judgment confirming an arbitration award. After Tom won the arbitration and successfully defended it in Rhode Island Superior Court, which entered a judgment confirming the award, the opposing party appealed the case to the Rhode Island Supreme Court. The appellate court rejected the claim of arbitrator bias and affirmed the judgment in our clients’ favor.
