Emily Crowley served as a moderator at the Boston Bar Association (BBA) webinar, “Zoom Litigation: What’s Working and What’s Not,” on Wednesday, September 30. Speakers included a Superior Court judge and lawyers who have litigated hearings, appellate arguments and trials by Zoom. During the virtual presentation, panelists discussed the prevalence of conducting hearings and trials via Zoom during the COVID-19 pandemic and how they handle issues that arise in their virtual courtrooms.

The BBA’s mission is to advance the highest standards of excellence for the legal profession, facilitate access to justice, foster a diverse and inclusive professional community, and serve the community at large.
