Rob specializes in commercial real estate, corporate transaction, and trademark matters. He represents individuals and businesses in the formation of business entities, structuring and implementing business relationships, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and commercial loan transactions, technology licensing, and general business matters. His versatility doesn’t stop there. Rob represents clients in a wide range of industries, from software and technology, to wholesale distributors and real estate developers. He also represents public entities, including several cities and town in Massachusetts.

Rob’s clients would describe him as thorough, responsive, results-oriented, and a zealous advocate. Rob is a former law clerk to the late Charlotte Anne Perretta, former Senior Associate Justice of the Massachusetts Appeals Court.

Outside the office, Rob is an active member of his church. He serves as Chancellor for the Cathedral Church of St. Paul and is a former member of the vestry of Emmanuel Church in Boston. Additionally, he opens his home as a host for Japanese exchange students studying English. In his downtime, Rob enjoys reading, biking, playing tennis and cooking.
