Emily is an employment and trial attorney who represents clients in matters involving employment, contracts, indemnification, product liability and corporate disputes. She primarily focuses on wrongful termination, employment discrimination and harassment, retaliation, wage claims, and whistleblower actions. She also represents clients in business litigation actions in federal and state trial courts and before local agencies. Emily is a trusted client advisor who is passionate about her work.

Prior to Davis Malm, Emily practiced at Boyle Shaughnessy Law. Before that, she completed internships at the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, the Suffolk and Middlesex County District Attorney’s Offices, and a civil legal services agency.
