Michael Serra practices in the Business Law and Litigation areas, focusing primarily on commercial and business litigation. Prior to joining Davis Malm, Mr. Serra was a Northeastern University Law co-op intern with the firm. He also held a co-op position in the Enforcement Division at the Securities and Exchange Commission and was an intern to Judge Bruce Selya in the First Circuit Court of Appeals.
