Julian J. D'Agostine is one of the founding partners of Davis Malm. Julian's practice focuses primarily on land use matters, including all aspects of development and land use litigation. He has litigated extensively on many open issues under the Zoning Act and Subdivision Control Law. Julian has also written and lectured extensively in the real estate, land use and environmental fields.
